General Contracting comes naturally to us.  Our founder is a construction project manager (BS Architecture 2003), and his commercial building experience translates very well into the residential building industry.  As such, we offer a limited number of custom-designed additions, remodels, and new homes for the same price (sometimes even cheaper) than your non-custom, builder’s-grade homes, every year. 

How you may ask?  We operate lean and mean (you get an assigned project manager and an assigned site-superintendent) with each project, thats it.  We don’t have office staff and hefty payrolls, and we simply pass along all savings to you.  You just pay us the cost of the project (labor and materials), plus our time to general contract it.  It’s the best deal you’ll find.
