  • Includes two personal design sessions to review and make changes. More changes = more hours, and each additional hour is $65.

  • Includes the demo plan, if required, the floorplan(s), elevations, sections, typical details and a simple electric plan.

  • If a professional engineer or licensed architect stamp is requested, they are additional cost. $1000-$1250 +/- for residential

  • We help make your home as pretty and valuable as possible.
